At NORTH WEST, many of our garments are produced on a made-to-order basis. Once an order is placed, our team begins preparing materials, production schedules, and quality control processes to create your garment.

For this reason, we maintain the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation Within 24 Hours

Customers may request to cancel their order within 24 hours of placing the order.

If the cancellation request is received and approved within this 24-hour period:

  • A full refund of the order value will be issued.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

2. Cancellation After 24 Hours

Once 24 hours have passed from the time the order was placed:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled for a full refund.

  • As production may have already commenced, NORTH WEST reserves the right to decline cancellation requests.

  • Any approved cancellation after this period may be subject to deductions for production, material sourcing, payment processing fees, and administrative costs incurred.

4. Exceptions

NORTH WEST reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion due to:

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

In such cases, customers will receive a full refund.
