At NORTH WEST, every piece is made-to-order with care and precision. To ensure quality, fit, and craftsmanship, we have specific policies for returns, exchanges, and refunds. Please read carefully before placing your order.

1. Returns

Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged in transit.
Proof of damage (photo or video) is required for validation.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the process will be completed within 2 business days.

Note: Made-to-order items cannot be returned for change of mind, sizing preference, or style selection.

2. Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted only for a different size of the same product, if available.
To initiate an exchange:

Send a photo of the received item and your request.
Return the item in its original packaging after validation.
Place a new order for the replacement item once your return is accepted.

Refunds are not available.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
Contact us within 2 days if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We will evaluate the issue and provide a suitable solution, including repair, replacement, or store credit (in eligible cases).

4. Non-Returnable Items

Sale items, special discounted items, and gift cards are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
If you have any concerns about a specific item, please reach out to us prior to purchase.

5. Refunds & Store Credit

NORTH WEST does not offer refunds for made-to-order items.
In exceptional circumstances (e.g., verified shipping damage), we may issue store credit, processed within 2–5 business days.
Store credit can be used for future purchases on www.wearnorthwest.com.
